Product Description
Building on the feature set of the X1622USB, the X1832USB comes with two additional mic strips (including channel inserts), for a total of six XENYX mic preamps. The onboard stereo 9-band graphic equalizer, which can be assigned to the main or monitor buses, provides superb system EQ and works in conjunction with the FBQ feedback detection circuitry to eliminate annoying mic squeals. Other features include full-sized faders for MON and FX SENDs, along with our proprietary XPQ 3D stereo surround effect and Voice Canceller. The ultra-versatile X1832USB also has an additional Aux Send (switchable pre/post), for a total of three, and two assignable subgroups.

I use this mixer for our 5-piece pop band (5 singers, 2 guitars, bass, keys, and drums). Unlike many, we run everything through the board: both guitars (via effect pedals), keys, and even the bass and kick drum, and from there to a set of powered PA mains (QSC K-12s and a Behringer 18" sub). This board has (almost) everything I need in one place.The three-band (sweepable mid) EG on each channel works really well - it sounds good, and the high and low bands are musically useful. The compressors on the mike channels are also great to have. Once you get them set for each of the singers, they really make it easy to keep the mix good. The built-in effects unit works well, once we found a reverb setting that we all liked.
